3. Product Features
- Professional Vibration Monitoring: It is capable of measuring differential expansion, rotor eccentricity, mechanical vibration and axial position of rotating equipment, realizing all-round condition monitoring of industrial rotating machinery.

4. Structure and Composition
- Indicator Panel: Integrated with three LED indicator lights for real-time display of fault alerts, system status and equipment operation status.
- Connection Connectors: Configured with 2 backplane connectors (P1, P2) and 4 additional auxiliary connectors to ensure stable signal transmission and convenient wiring expansion.
- Core Chips: Adopts Xilinx Spartan FPGA chip, matched with multiple RAM and SRAM integrated circuits to ensure high-speed and stable data operation and processing.
- Basic Electronic Components: The PCB is equipped with complete electronic components including diodes, capacitors, resistors, inductors and magnetic beads to support normal circuit operation.
- Fixed Installation Structure: Fixed on the PCB surface via three screws, and supports standard DIN rail and VME rack mounting methods for flexible and firm installation.

6. Installation and Maintenance
6.1 Installation Steps
- Power Off Operation: Cut off the system power supply completely before installation to eliminate electric shock and equipment damage risks and ensure construction safety.
- Rack Insertion: Align the module with the designated slot of the VME rack and insert it smoothly in place.
- Fix and Connect: Fasten the edge connectors and tighten the fixing screws to ensure reliable connection and firm installation.
- Power-on Verification: Complete the installation work, restore the power supply, and conduct system commissioning and operation tests to verify normal functions.
6.2 Maintenance Guidelines
- Regular Status Inspection: Regularly check the status of the three onboard LED indicators to monitor the real-time operating state of the module and judge the system operation quality.
- Fast Fault Diagnosis: Quickly locate equipment faults and judge operating abnormalities through the fault, status and operation indicator lights, realizing efficient troubleshooting and maintenance.
